Frequently Asked Questions
What do you mean by "Satisfaction Guaranteed"? We promise that you will provide service you are happy with or you don't have to pay for it! We pride ourselves on providing reliable, high quality service. If you are dissatisfied with the service you receive, please let us know within 24 hours. We will come back and make it right within 24 hours or refund your money.
How often do you come out? Most of our clients prefer weekly service, but other service schedules are available.
How is payment made? Payment is easy. You will be invoiced at the end of each month for services rendered. A self-addressed envelope will be included with your invoice and payment is due by the 15th of the month.
What is your service area? We currently serve DuPage County and Cook County, Illinois. However, we are expanding, so even if you are outside our normal service area, call us! We may be starting service in your area soon.
Is there any extra charge for the first time? Not always. A one-time surcharge may be added if its been a long time since your property has been cleaned. We take pride in providing a thorough job, so it can take us an hour or more to do the first cleaning. If the fee will be more than $20, then we will get your approval prior to servicing. What about holidays? When a holiday falls on your regular service day, most often your service will not be affected. If service will have to be rescheduled, we will notify you ahead of time of your reschedule date.
What if the weather is bad on my service day? We will cancel service if it has snowed heavily within 24 hours of your service day. You will not be charged. Additionally, if there is sever weather (such as thunderstorms, hail, etc.) and conditions are unsafe, we will cancel service and you will not be charged.
Should I unlock my gate? Yes. We are not allowed to climb or jump over fences, so please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key or tell us the combination if that will be convenient for you. If your gate is locked and we cannot get into the yard, then it will be necessary for us to charge for the service that could not be completed.
Can we work with your dog in the yard? In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let us in the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or bring your dog inside.
What if I want to skip a service day? You will not be charged if you call and provide us 24-hour notice. NOTE: There will be no charge for service missed due to inclement weather or some other event beyond your control.
